6. Liability & Damage While we take every precaution to prevent damage, Daily Premier Services is not liable for: Pre-existing conditions or underground utilities not disclosed. Damages due to poor drainage, unmarked obstacles, or unsafe terrain. Minor cosmetic damage caused during excavation or heavy-duty services. We are fully insured and will work with you fairly to resolve any issues that may arise.
