1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing our website, contacting us, or using any of our services—including but not limited to lawn care, landscaping, power washing, snow removal, fall-to-spring clean-ups, site preparation, and excavation—you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered Daily Premier Services provides residential and commercial outdoor services, including: Lawn care & maintenance Landscaping & design Power washing (driveways, siding, decks, etc.)Snow removal during winter months Fall & spring clean-ups Site prep for construction or landscaping Light excavation and grading All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

3. Quotes, Estimates & Payments Free Estimates: We offer no-obligation quotes for all services. Pricing: Final pricing may vary depending on the scope of work, materials, site conditions, and time required. Payments: All payments are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept check, or digital payments as specified at the time of service.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Short-notice cancellations may be subject to a service fee, especially for large-scale or equipment-based jobs. In the event of unsafe weather or site conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule at our discretion.

5. Customer Responsibilities Customers must ensure: The worksite is accessible on the scheduled day. Pets, vehicles, and other obstructions are out of the work area. Accurate information is provided regarding the service location and conditions.

6. Liability & Damage While we take every precaution to prevent damage, Daily Premier Services is not liable for: Pre-existing conditions or underground utilities not disclosed. Damages due to poor drainage, unmarked obstacles, or unsafe terrain. Minor cosmetic damage caused during excavation or heavy-duty services. We are fully insured and will work with you fairly to resolve any issues that may arise.

7. Website & Digital Use By visiting our website or contacting us through search engines like Google or using a browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You agree not to misuse our digital platforms, spam our contact forms, or attempt unauthorized access.

8. Intellectual Property All content on our website, including logos, photos, service descriptions, and written content, is the property of Daily Premier Services and may not be copied or used without permission.
